Villa Seyssins

This project was undertaken during the construction phase.

My first mission was to review the layout of the rooms initially proposed by the developer to enlarge the living space to make it more comfortable and reduce the guest bedroom. For this mission I had to provide all the technical plans (electrical, location of materials, floors, etc.) taking into account the customer needs and constraints.

My second mission was to think about the entire decoration of this 150m2 house: choice of materials, colors, sanitary facilities, and furniture. They wanted a Scandinavian vibe, warmhearted and welcoming, with open and bright spaces, but also easy to maintain with young children. We represented the Scandinavian side through the use of light wood, natural materials and soft muted colors. All modernized with straight lines and structural elements such as the glass wall or wooden claustra that energize the space. I also added a few touches of color to create a unique environment around each piece.
