GRENOBLE apartment
For this renovation project, the objective was to reassess the layout of the entire apartment and refurbish it.
The 150m² apartment located in the center of Grenoble, France, initially consisted of three spacious bedrooms. The clients expressed a desire to incorporate a fourth bedroom with a window while minimizing unused space to create more comfortable and practical rooms.
To accommodate the addition of the fourth bedroom with a window, it was necessary to relocate the kitchen, eliminate the 20m² entrance, and reduce one of the bedrooms to integrate a laundry room into the bathroom.
My role was strictly architectural, with no involvement in the interior decoration. We made changes to the flooring and repainted the entire apartment to give it a refreshed look.
Unfortunately, as the apartment was occupied immediately after the project’s completion, I don’t have any additional photos to share. Nonetheless, the provided images display an overview of the significant renovation that was carried out.
